Welcome to T2I2 - Tools for Technology Integration and Infusion
This website contains information for teachers from my presentations on using technology to enhance learning for the 21st classroom. The workshops tab lists my workshop presentations that are available for conferences or your school district or school.
I am a passionate business educator who received my Masters Degree in Instructional Technology in 2000 and has since developed workshops and training's around instructional technology. I taught business education for 15 years in Melstone, MT and am currently the Technology Director at Huntley Project Schools in Worden, MT. I was awarded the Montana Business Education Young Teacher of the Year in 1990, the Montana Business Education Teacher of the Year in 1999 and received the WBEA Teacher of the Year award in 2000.
I love finding new and "free" web tools to enhance students’ communication skills, sharpen their digital citizenship and 21st Century Skills while integrating technology. Shifting the culture of our schools to utilize technology as a tool to enhance learning and achievement can be a catalyst for learning. I believe that the integration of strong pedagogy with technology in the classroom, along with creating opportunities for students to explore, create and have a choice is their learning makes school more relevant and responsive to our students' needs today. Strong instruction infused with technology in our instruction practices creates an environment for student success.
I am a certified Microsoft Innovative Educator, a certified Google Educator, a certified Promethean ActivInspire trainer, and a certified trainer for Literacy and Math in CTE. I have developed training's for school districts on the integration of technology into the classroom and will customize training's for your district.
